seriously where did this week go? i don't know about you but this week flew by....but that's ok because im going to Disneyland on Sunday!!! And for all my disney loves, Peter Pan is officially out of the Disney Vault...so get it while you can!!

so today I have another trend that I love but this one I am way too nervous to try....this trend is

so i love this look! As you can see I marked my favorite one because thats the look I have been wanting to try for awhile - a long skirt & a crop top, almost looks like a bra. However, I am so nervous to try this trend.
One because I get weird showing any type of skin, especially my stomach
Two because I am only 5'3 I don't know if my short little self could actually pull this off....
Three because I'm not sure if it would give me a slutty type of look...you know what I mean?
The key though to trying this trend is to make sure to pair the crop top with a high waisted skirt, short or pant.

moving on from one fashion to another.....i have one of my favorite fashion bloggers here today & couldn't be more excited about it. I started out just reading her blog & loving all her looks & style. Then we started talking on a more friend level & we realized how much we have in common & have become more than just bloggers, but friends.....& let me tell you this...she is my type of girl - honest, real, & a cat lover like myself....not to mention she has fabulous fashion sense. Hi Everyone! I'm Niki, the lip gloss loving blonde behind the blog, Glossy Blonde. My blog is based around beauty, style and sweets, which are three of my ultimate favorite things.
I love to share outfit styling ideas around a fun piece or color combination. One of my recent favorites is the outfit I styled around bright colors that make me yearn for warm spring weather! Since I love fashion so much, I thought it would be fun to also share my personal style from time to time. I feel that this gives my readers a little taste of the girl behind the blog, and what I actually wear and look like on a day-to-day basis.
Beauty products are also a major obsession of mine, so I like to share my newest favorites and reviews with my readers! I subscribe to Birchbox, Glossybox and most recently Ipsy Glam Bag, and I go shopping frequently, so I am never short on new products to try! Yes, this might be a little excessive, but I blame it on my Dad. :)
And oh, how I love desserts! Although I truly believe that living and eating healthfully is SO important, I also believe in "everything in moderation" and I treat myself often! One of my all-time favorite recipes were my Pumpkin Whoopie Pies with Maple Buttercream. I like to try my hand at fun, unique recipes with a little bit of a twist.
