Oh wait...That's not until Halloween. Oops.
However, I do feel like it's my birthday because we are in my birth month, and Kelly is letting me take over today in that honor! She's just so good to me ;)
Pardonne Moi, I'm getting ahead of myself.
First, you need to know that in spite of the fact that I was born on Halloween, during a full moon, and a hurricane, I am actually a "good" girl not a witch. That leaves me without a life with much time to blog! J/K but seriously, my life has kind'a been on hold since my amazingly-hunky-wonderful-husband is deployed.

HubbaHubba
(Fear not, he will be home soon and my blog will be EXTRA exciting)
Now back to Halloween.
Today, you are going to see some never before seen pictures of my birthday!
One of my faves was the night that they kidnapped me.
How many people can say that they have been kidnapped and lived to tell the tale?
A big thank you to my lovely friends for the shenanigans...
But when Will came along, my birthdays got even better.
Our first couples costumes that I MADE. Pleats and all.
And then there's the story that tops them all...The group trip to the Georgia Mountains.
We all got a cabin two weeks before Halloween and met up for a weekend of fun.
Unbeknownst to me, they all had more planned than I knew.
Saturday started off as a normal day, you know, just playing on the jungle gym.
Until we got back to the cabin and I was surprised with decorations, presents, and shots (thanks Dani), but that wasn't all...I had opened all the presents, was crying and just so happy to share this moment with some of my best friends, and then Tia said, "Okay, time to get ready!"
Um...get ready for what?
For a costume party in the Middle of Nowhere, Georgia!
Seriously? I have the best friends.
Enter couples costumes #2
Great job babe ;)
Great job babe ;)
It was definitely the most memorable birthday party of my life, and I am forever grateful for the amazing people that I shared it with.
I have a feeling that next years birthday might top this one, since the hubs has missed two birthdays in a row, but simply getting to spend it with him will be all that I need.
Dear Kelly,
Thank you for being there for me in the past few months. It is amazing that we have been through so much together, and yet we have never "met". You have become my go to for everything, and that means ever-so-much to me. I thank the blogging gods for connecting us, and no matter what...you will always hold a place in my heart. Love you GF <3
And in closing, I would like to thank all of you for indulging me. I hope you are all getting excited about Halloween, and you better be getting those costumes ready!
PS. Are you joining us for our Christmas Swap?
