the MINI project - CUFFS

Welcome back to the 3rd edition of the MINI project!!! Since the MINI is still newer here's a little backstory on the project ---

New logo coming next month!! 

Well its allllllll about the mini parts of fashion - the ACCESSORIES...which can also play a huge role in our everyday outfits. Just like clothes, accessories are also worn differently by each person depending on their style, shape, look etc. So the MINI project will focus only on accessories....but I don't mean just jewelry - tights, hats, sunglasses, headbands, bows, scarfs, shoes, belts, gloves are alllll accessories as well. Like before -

so this round I wanted to try out another trend that I have been seeing a lot of...and a trend I have yet to try. So I decided to go with a 'Cuff' Necklace as the stores are calling it...& basically it is exactly like a cuff you would wear on your wrist, but just on your neck....& i chose to pick a pretty bright color instead of the usual gold or silver. 

So I was thinking of different ways you can wear this necklace and I wanted to show you what it would look like it you wore it with a collared shirt for a more conservative look.


At the office or other work places you may not be able to wear a scoop or V-neck tee so you need to think of other options as to how to style your necklace. 

So I decided to use this necklace with a professional look, one that would be acceptable in a work place. 

so as you can see I have a collared shirt on that covers me up to be work appropriate. I buttoned the shirt all the way and I placed the necklace outside of the shirt, under the collar....so just a little bit shows in the front for a subtle yet chic look. 

So you can see that even if you have to be all covered up for any reason you can still accessorize, look conservative and chic at the same time.
