 This week seemed to drag by. 

I absolutely love the quote above...

so have you ever heard the saying 'try everything once'...however, there are things I will NEVER try like eating liver or sky diving, but there are some things I will try but that doesn't necessarily mean I am going to end up liking it. SO here are just a few things I have tried but did not like....one.single.bit.

one. harry potter.....i fell asleep in the movie & the books make me yawn - pass

two. carrots...i have tried SO hard to like them, because I love dipping things in ranch but i just hate them

three. beer...one time playing 'edward 40 hands' and that was it for me & beer

four. country music....besides taylor swift, i can't stand to hear it, ever.

five. sirius radio....my new car came with 3 free months & for being the huge music buff that I am....i'm not impressed at all

six. mixing prints...you have seen me try it here & here and I still am not a fan...this trend needs to fade out...NOW

seven. licorice....i can't stand the smell or the taste

eight. soccer....i apologize to anyone who loves the sport but i rather set myself on fire then watch people play soccer

nine. an office job...i have way too much creativity to be sitting all day in a 9-5 job...it just not gonna happen

What have you tried that you didn't like? 

so moving on from dislikes to someone I do like. Today I have a blogger who me, myself has just gotten to know. I am excited because she is one of my Cara Box partners this month so I will be able to get to know her even more! But what I do know is she a mom, but doesn't look like one because she's gorgeous and she writes a fun lifestyle blog that has something for everyone. As a writer, I often suffer from “writers block” which can be a major hurdle for a blogger. But I’ve come to realize that my readers don’t expect to be hypnotized by my prose. 

They appreciate the simple moments of my daily life – inspired by my children and my husband…my favorite people in the world. For it is with them, that I’m often reflective, about life, about humanity, about love. 

Children, with their fresh outlook on life, can change the way you view the world.

Initially, my blog was nothing more than a means to stay connected to loved ones across the miles. A method of sharing our goings on, but also a mode of journaling my experiences and thoughts along the way. 

My blog has only become public since November 2012, and it’s morphed into a myriad of topics from lifestyle, parenting, inspiration, to blogging tips, mama fashion, and giveaways. But above all, it’s my story.

The name All My Happy Endings pretty much describes my mission in life – to choose happiness no matter my circumstance. And to share my deliverance from life’s everyday challenges.

we've got more bounce in California

Happy Monday loves! Hope you all had a great weekend! Before I introduce you to a fabulous blogger today I HAVE to show you my Cara Box!

For those of you who aren't familiar with Cara Box, its a monthly exchange that Kaitlyn over at Wifessionals puts on. Its such a cute idea. SO May's theme was Regional. Basically you send your person a box based off where you're from. We spent last Christmas and New Years in Dubai. I rode a camel. In a real desert. How cool is that?!

I got married to the same cute boy twice. Once in Portland, Oregon in a 5 minute ceremony (followed by milkshakes and an Irish Pub). Again a year and a half later when he came back from Afghanistan in a real wedding ceremony in Texas. I think this means there are no take-backs...



I absolutely LOVE Kelly's fashion fearlessness. I envy it. I tend to stick to classic pieces with trendy accessories, though once in a while I find something I love and branch out. One of my favorite sites for fun, modern-retro clothes is ModCloth. Their dresses are fantastic. Hello Messy readers! :) My name is Megan Robinson and I blog over at "And here's to you, Mrs. Robinson." I am a wife, mother, Marriage & Family degree holder, wannabe crafter, Oreo connoisseur, comedian in my own way {at least I think I'm funny}, and sucker for Rainbow Chip frosting. My blog follows my journey through marriage, motherhood, and all the ups and downs that come with life. I also like to pretend I know something about clothes, cooking, and occasionally crafts.

I feel like my story isn't anything incredibly special. Like most of us, I have good times and hard times. But even if my story doesn't seem spectacular, I still have felt this strong prompting to share it with as many people, particularly women, as I can. I feel like the things that have happened in my life, the struggles I have gone through and lessons I have learned from it, are ones that many other women can relate to. And we all just need at least one person who will understand us, to be there for each other as only women can be.

For that reason, I write [blog].

My biggest goal with my blog is to be real. Real emotions, real stories, real challenges, real happiness. I want to show that even if the outside seems like I have everything together [that any of seem like we have it all together], I still have my own weaknesses and struggles. I have shared some of my hardest moments on my blog as well as some of my happiest in hopes that at least one other person wouldn't feel alone.

I hope will join me in creating a place where no woman feels alone, where they aren't afraid to be themselves. Who are willing to open up, reach out, and support one another in all that we do, building each other up as we go. Cause we all deserved to be loved by the person who matters most, ourselves.

Top 3 things I'm looking forward to this summer: 

 1. Family vacations {hopefully}! My husband has the summer off from school so I'm making a whole list o' fun to accomplish this summer :)


2. Swimming + eating popsicles pool side. Best combination.


3. Girls camp! I work with the Young Women in my church and I have the opportunity to go to summer camp with them in a couple of weeks. So excited!
